In conjunction with our past experience in managing <br />sieilar developments, we are allocating ~~parking stalls <br />for the elderly st.ructure. This represents one parking space <br />for each two apartments and ~ space for nanagement. <br /> <br />In the development. of this piece of property, we will utilize <br />the natural terrain as much as possJhle, as indicated on the <br />grading plan. and retain the natural ponding area on the <br />site. <br />
