This represents one parking space <br />for each two apartments and one space for management. <br /> <br />In the development uf this piece of property. we will utilize <br />the natural terrain as muc~ as pOSSible. as indicated on the <br />grading plan, and retain the natural ponding area on the <br />site. <br />
