Each unit owner is responsible for full <br />compliance with the Rules and Regulations by all <br />family members, guests, visitors, and lessees. <br /> <br />B. Losses or damages to common area spaces, <br />machinery, fixtures, or furnishings caused by a <br />Unit OWner or by his guests, visitors, lessees or <br />other persons shall be replaced or paid for by the <br />Unit OWner involved. <br /> <br />C. Routine enforcement is by Management following <br />policies and procedures established by the B-')ard. <br /> <br />D. The police Department will be called for law <br />violations. <br /> <br />~. Any resident suspecting the loss or damage of any <br />of his personal prop8~ty should immediatelY brln~ <br />it to the atten~ion of Management. <br /> <br />VII. !E.PROVALS <br /> <br />Approval of a request as required by these Rules & <br />RegulatIons is g1ven upon the completion of the <br />follOW'ing: <br /> <br />1. A written request is received by ....he Board or its <br />Designee. <br /> <br />2. The Board's approval or d1sapproval is noted in <br />minutes of a Board of D1rectors' meeting. <br /> <br />3. Written Notificat1on of Approval or Di8appr~~al <br />is rece1ved by the requesting member(s) froro the <br />Board or its Deslgnee. <br /> <br />VItI. COMPLAINT AND ENPO~CEMENT PROCEDURES <br /> <br />Since voluntary compliance ....ith the Associatiol\ rules <br />is not always obtained, it may occasionally be <br />necessary for the Board of Directors and standing <br />committees to deal ....ith these situations.
