Complaints regarding violation of the rules <br />ee.abli.hed or admlnistered by one of the <br />standing committees of the Association will <br />be referred by the Board to the Committee <br />Chairman or hiS/her designee for review and <br />recommendation. Complaints which cannot be <br />easily identified as pertaining to one of the <br />comnittees will be referred to the President <br />or Vice-President of the Soard for review aad <br />recolMlendation. <br /> <br />2.
