Hazardous Use and Waste. Nothing shall be done to <br />or kept in dny Unit or the Common Elements that will increase ~ny <br />rate of inaurance malntained with respect to the Condominium <br />without the prior written consent of the Board. No Unit Owner or <br />Occupant shall permit anything to be done to or kept in his Unit <br />~r the Common Elements that will result in the cancellation of <br />insurance maintained with respect to the ConJolainium, or that <br />would be in violation of any law, or that will result in the <br />commitment of waste (damage, abuse or destruction) to or in his <br />Unit or the Common Ele~ents. <br />4.5. Alterati~f Common Elements. No Unit Owner or <br />Occ~pant, except Declarant during the Declarant Control PeriOd, <br />shall alter, construct anything upon, or reMove anything from, the <br />Common Elements, or paint, decorate, landscape or adorn any <br />por~ion of the Common Elements, without the prior ~rltten consent <br />of the Board. <br />4.6. Prohibition of Renting for Transient or Hotel <br />Purposes.
