<br />hotel services, such as, but not limited to, room service for food <br />and beverage, maid services, laundry and linen service, and <br />beLlboy service. Each permitted lease shall leaso an entire Unit, <br />shall be in writing, and shall be subJect to this Declaration and <br />the Bylaws, and any failure of the lessee to comply with the terme <br />of such documents shall be a default under the lease. Any Unit <br />Owner who enters into a lease of his Unit shall promptly notify <br />the Association of the name and address of each lessee, the Unit <br />rented, and the term of the lease. Other than ~. ~ fcregoing <br />re8trictions~ each Unit Owner shall have the ful- 'ioht to lease <br />his Unit. <br /> <br />4.7. Pets. No pets shall be allowed in the Condominium, <br />except on the following terms and conditional <br />(a) Only cata, fish, dogs and birds shall be <br />allowed in any Unit. <br />(b) No more than three (3) of any combination of <br />cats, dogs and birds shall be allowed in any Unit at anyone time. <br />(c) No more than one (1) tank with fish shall be <br />allowed in any Unit at anyone time. <br />(d) Any pet, whether or not allowed by the <br />provisions of this section, shall promptly be removed by the Unit <br />Owner or Occupant from the Unit and the Property, upon order of <br />the Board made for cause, including, without limitation, illness <br />of the pet, nuisance, or failure of the Unit Owner or Occupant to <br />comply with the rules ~nd regulations relating to the keeping of <br />pets. <br /> <br />4.8.
