The ~8s1ciation and each Unit OWner and <br />occupant agree that their respectkve lnsurance policies shall <br />contain such a clause of endorsement, and each Unit Owner a~d <br />Occupant shall furnish evidence reasonably acceptable to the <br />~sso~iation of the existence of such d clause or endorsement. <br />6.4. Right of Entry. <br />(a) By tne ~ssocl~tion. F.~~h Un~t Owner and Occupant <br />shall allow the Association, and any pe"son authorized by the <br />~8~ociation, to enter his Unit in case of any emergency <br />originating in or threatening his Uni~, whether or not such Unit <br />Owner or Occupant is present. Each Unit Owner and occupant also <br />shall allow ~he Association, and any person authorized by the <br />Association. after reasonable not~ce to such Unit OWner or <br />Occupant, to enter his Unit for the purposes of performing any of <br />the ~5sociation's duties or obligations under the Act, this <br />Declaration or the Bylaws with respect to that or any other Unit, <br />or the Common Elements. Subject to Section 6.3 hereof, the <br />Association shall be responsible for the repair of any damage to <br />the entered Unit; and the cost thereof shall be a Common Expense. <br />All such entries shall be made and done so as to cause as little <br />inconvenience as possible to the Unit Owner and Occupant of the <br />entered Un~~. <br />(b) By Unit Owners.
