<br />allow other Unit Owners and Occupants, and their rep~esentatives, <br />to enter his Unit wh~n requireu for the purpc~e of altering, <br />maintaining, repairing or replacing the Unit of the Unit Owner or <br />Occupant making such entry, provided that requests for entry <ire <br />made in advance and that such entry is at a t~me convenient to the <br />Unit Owner or Occupant of the Unit to be entered. In case of an <br />emergency, such l"ight of entry shall be im..t'edlate. Subject to <br />Section 6.3 h~reof~ the person making such entry shall be <br />responsible for repair of any damage to the entered Unlt. <br />6.5. Original Pla~.
