Said insurance algo <br /> <br /> <br />shall insure the Unit OWners, Occupants and holders of a vendor's <br /> <br /> <br />interest in a contract for deed ~n a 'Joit, t~e Association, the <br /> <br /> <br />Board, the manager, if any, the Declarant, and their respective <br /> <br /> <br />officers, directors, agents dnd employees, against liability due <br /> <br /> <br />to occurrences cOlnffionly insured against and arising out of or in <br /> <br /> <br />connection w1th the use, ownership or maintenance of the Common <br /> <br /> <br />Elements, and the streets, sidewalks and public spaces adJoining <br /> <br /> <br />the Condominium. Sa1d insurance also shall insure the <br /> <br /> <br />Association, the Board, the manager, if any, and their respective <br /> <br /> <br />officers, directors, agents and employees against liability due to <br /> <br /> <br />occurrences commonly insured against and arising out of or in <br /> <br /> <br />connection with the use or ma~ntenanc~ of the Units. If available <br /> <br /> <br />at reasonable cost in the opinion of the Board, said 1nsurance <br /> <br /> <br />also shall cover cross-liab1lity claims of one insured against <br /> <br /> <br />another. <br /> <br />7.3.
