The Board may engage a title <br />lnsur~nce company or other appropriate person to act ~9 an <br />insurance trustee to receive and d~8bur8e insurance proceeds upon <br />such terms as the Board sndll rletermine. consistent with the <br />provisions of th~s Declaration. ~he insurance trustee sha~l be <br />entitled to reasondble fee for its services. which fee shall be a <br />COMmOn Expense. <br />7.5. gremiums: Deductible Amounts. All insurance <br />premiums paid by the Associat~on and deductible amounts on <br />polici~s carried by the Association shall be Common Expense~. <br />7.6. Individual Policy for Unit Owners. Each Unit Owner <br />may obtain insurance. at his own expense. affording r'lersonal <br />property. additional living expense, condominium assessment, <br />personal liability, and any other coverage obtainable, to the <br />extent and in tne amou~ts such Unit OWner deen~ necessary to <br />protect his own interestsr provided that any such insurance shall <br />contain waivers pursuant to Section 6.3 hereof, and shall provide <br />that it is without cont~ibution as against the insurance <br />purchased by the Association. If a casualty loss is sustained <br />and there is a reduct~on in the amount of the proceeds that would <br />othe~~ise be payable on the insurance purchased by the <br />Association due to the proration of insurance purchased by a Un~t <br />Ownar under this Section, such Unit OWner shall be liable to the <br /> <br />-25- <br />
