Declaration, Bylaws or Floor Plans made as a result of (i) destruction, damage or eminent domain, (ii) reallocation of votes, percentage interest in Common Elements and percentage liability for Common Expenses as a result of adding the Additional Real Estate to the Condominium, (~ii) exercise by Declarant, at any time whether before or after the end of the Declarant Control PeriOd, of any of its rights to subdivide, convert or alter Unlts it owns~ including, without limitation, the rights of Declarant in Articles II and XIV and Sections 3.4 and 4.3 of the Declaration, and Article VI of the Bylaws, or (iv) correction of technical errors or for clarification, any amendment to the Declaration, Bylaws or Floor Plans, which establishes, provides for, governs or regulates any of the following, in addition to the requirements for amendments imposed or the Act, shall require the prior wntten consent of First Mortgagees of Flrst Mortgages on Unlts which have at least 67\ of the votes of all Units subject to First Mortgages unless the Act requires a greater percentage: (a) Voting: (b) Assessments, assessment liens or subordination of such liens: (c) Reserve~ for maintenance, repair and replacement of Common Elements: (d) Insuranc& on fidelity bonds: (e) Rights to use the Common Elements: (f) Responsibility for maintenance and repair of the several portions of the property: (g) Expansion or contrac~ion of the Condominium or the addition, annexation or withdrawal of property to or from the Condominium: (h) Boundaries of any Unit: (i) The interest in the Common Elements or Limited Common Elements: _':1;1_
