Section 2. Term of Office. Notwithstanding the right to remove a directQr under Sectioa 9~f this ~RTICLE III. and now1thstand1ng anything .lse herein conta1ned. the term of the ~embers of the first Board of Directors ahall run until the firat annual meeting of the Member. which is held aubsequent to the end of the Declarant Control Period defined in Section 1.10 of the Declaration. Upon the expiration of the term of the members of the first Board of Directors, three directors .hall be elected, one for a one year term and two for a two year term. Each Unit ahall be ent1tle~ to cast one or two (as the case may b~) votes. each hav1ng the percentage weight a.s19ned to such Un1t by the Declaration and these By-Laws. Such votes may not be used cumulatively anj such one or two (aa the case ~y be) votes. If cast. muat be cast for one or two (as the cas. may be) separate candidates. The one or two <as the case may be) candldates receiving the h1ghest number of votes shall be the winners. Sectlon 4. General Powers.
