Exercise for the Association all powers, duties <br />and authority vested in or delegated to the Association <br />and not reserved to the membership by law or by other <br />provisions of these By-Laws, the Articles of Incorporation <br />or the Declaration: <br /> <br />d. Lease or purchase and mortga9~ a Unit, Units or <br />oth~r residential quarters for management and maintenance <br />personnel.
