The applicantts architect and engineers are <br />preparmg site plan reVISions with the intent of .ovidlOg more adequate <br />parking space for the hotel, as well as to provide more adequate <br />parking capacity to serve the other expanded !Structures. We believe <br />adjustments can be made to accomplish these g01JIs. f-lopeful1y~ we will <br />be prepared to proceed in a timely fashion before the Planning <br />Commission and Council. <br /> <br />6. The engineering staff notes that a 10 foot Wide utility and pedestrian <br />easement will be needed along the east side of the property contiguous <br />to Long Lake Road. There 1.3 also a triangular easement needed to be <br />dedicated at the far southeast corner of the llite. These needs have <br />b~ei'l discussed with the applicant. <br />
