Permitted Uses: Retail commercial uses, offices, <br />theatres, restaurants, health clubs, medical and dental <br />servlces and schools. <br /> <br />B. Uses by Special Use P~rmit: Amusement establishments, <br />new car sales, hotels, mortuaries, gas stations, car <br />washes, fast food restaurants, liquor stores, and <br />daycare centers. <br /> <br />c. A 225,000 square foot one story structure or a 450,000 <br />square foot two story ~tructure would be allowed. <br /> <br />D. Structures must be setback 100 feet (160 feet if <br />adjacent to residential zoning districts). <br /> <br />E. Site Plan approval by the City would be required. <br /> <br />F.
