I bell~ve that the residents in <br />the area ~ill not see ga1n& either aesthetically or in <br />property value, not to mention health dnd safety. <br /> <br />I have many concerns: <br />1. The lacK of eVldence lndlcating need for hlgh denslty housing <br />2. TrafflC congestlon on already very busy streets not designed <br />for high danslty houslng <br />3. Sdfety as a result of added traffic next to an elementary <br />school and flre statlon <br />4. Opening Lovell Avenue CUl-de-sac lnto a through street <br />5. The effect it will have on storm sewers~ sanitary sewers <br />and water p~essure <br />6. That single family dwellifigs are to be bUllt. on 58 foot lots <br />in vlolation of a city ordinace reqUiring 85 foot lots <br /> <br />I believe lt would be most prudent of the city to thoroughly <br />invastlgate the lmpact this development would have on the C1ty. <br />as vell as the nelghborhood, on a short and long term basls. <br /> <br />As my elected representatlve.
