The following members were present: and the following were absent: Member adopted. moved that the following resoluti~n be RESOLUTION NO.___, WHEREAS, a petition affecting the zoning district and comprehp.nsive plan of the following described property has been received by the Clty ot Roseville: Parcell: The Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of section 3 in Township 29, North of Range ~3 West, except that part taken for North Ridge Plat ]~ and also except that part taken for North Ridge plat 2, Parcel 2: That part of the southeast quarter of the Southeast quarte: lying North of the South line of Woodhlll Dnve in Sectlon 3, in Townshlp 29, ::vcth of Range 2J Wl~st, except that part taken for North Ridge Plat 1, also except that West 257 feet of the South 33 feet of the east 490 feet thex~of, and also except the West 240 feet of the East 637.3 feet of the South 286 feet thereof.
