<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said property has been zoned SC for approximately <br />30 yea=s" and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property has never been USE'd for a shopping <br />center" and ' <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City council has now determined that ehe SC <br />zoni~9 might not be a proper zoning, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS< it is the intention of the city ~ouncil to conduct <br />a study of the above parcel of land to determine the <br />appropriateness of its ~oning classification. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVEDt by the City Council of the <br />city of Roseville as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the firm of Dahlgren and Shar6low is hereby retained by <br />the City Council to conduct studies to detent\inu the <br />appropriateness of the above zoning and to determine the <br />appropl"iateness of a comprehensivt! plan and report to the <br />city Council in all deliberate speed after said study has <br />been completed. <br /> <br />2. The Planm.ng Commisslon of the ci ty of Roseville is <br />instructed to cooperate wlth the firm of Dahlgren and <br />Shardlow and to conduct the same studies. <br /> <br />3. It is furt~er de~ermine6 by the city council that it i~ in <br />the best lnterest of the City to delay development of the <br />above property until the studies referred to abov~ have been <br />completed and the matter haa been reviewed. <br /> <br />4.
