The building wlll consist of wood <br />fram~ construction that will provide indlv1dual garage stalls <br />which are accessible directly from each ~ndivldudl unit. The <br />exterior of each b~ilding will be a tlend of flve-foot brick <br />wainscoting and four-inch ~teel or aluminum siding material. Each <br />building wlll contaln e1ght outside parklng stalls for residents <br />or vLsiting guests. <br /> <br />The larger build1ng w111 consist of three-story wood frame <br />construction that will provide one level of underground enclosed <br />parking. Total parking avallability cn site will be two to one. <br />Tr.e physical mass of each bUilding \till be curtailed by various <br />jogs 1n the bU1lding creating a smaller building face. Each <br />bUllding will consist of one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The <br />three-bedroo~ units w111 secure the ends of each buildlng floor <br />w1th the bala~ce of the unit Mix being one- and two-bedroom <br />configurations. The exterior surface of each unit will once again <br />be a blend of brick and four-inch steel or aluminum slding <br />materlal. <br /> <br />Each of the two above-described bUlljing designs will blend a <br />variety of roof lines to provide curb ~ppeal. The buildings will <br />lnclude state-of-tho-art fire sprinklers and security systoms at <br />all entries as well as in the corr1dor and garage areas. <br /> <br />The cornmo& areas are designed w~th upscale finlsh matarial! <br />throughout. Each of the large b~lldings will provlde res1dents <br />wlth a port1co leading to a~ open two-story entrance. On-s1te <br />arnenitles will lnclude a club house uith exterior pool/~pa and <br />sundecK extending over the retentlon pond. The club hous~ will <br />provlde residents wlth sauna, exerClse room and com:nunlty room <br />wlth fireplace and kitchen facllitlcs for ente~tainment. A <br />leasing office will also be availahle for prospectlv~ resldents to <br />discuss the project wlth leasing agents 1n a comfortdble and <br />prOfessional environMent; <br /> <br />Unit Design <br /> <br />Each individual unlt is deSigned to compete wlth top-of-the-line <br />rental homes found 1n the TWJn Cilies market. The one-bedroom <br />units average 825 square feet: two-bedroon un!ts, !,060 square <br />feet: and three-bedroom units, 1,200 square teet of lnterlor <br />l1ving space. ' <br />
