It also includes an additional Netwark Systems Engineer position. • Increase in Other services & charges reflect higher contract maintenance charges for network monitoring, fiber locates, and other 3rd party support requirements. • Capital Outlay is increasing due to planned equipment replacements. 2013/2014 Achievements • Added thirteen (13) additional Joint Powers Agreements with other governmental agencies bringing the total to 35. These collaborative efforts provide nearly $1.2 million in annual revenues reducing the City's IT costs. 39
