That 1f it 1s detenmined by the City that additional parking 1s <br />requiredl the applicant st,all apply for an amended special use pennit <br />for planned unit development and the Planning Commission and City <br />Council shall conduct hearings on the request. <br /> <br />2. That the use of the property be limited to a funeral home. <br /> <br />3. That the width of the entrance driveway be increased to 18 feet. <br /> <br />4. That the additional right-of-way required for the western pcrtion of <br />the circle of the cul de sac be dedicated by the applicant. <br /> <br />The Co~~ission also recommended denial of Mueller-B~es request for vacaticn <br />of right-ot-way. <br /> <br />Attached is the Planner's report. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: Motion (approving) (denying) Mueller-Bies <br />Funeral Hor.~1 Inc. request for rezoning from <br />R-1 to B-lt special use permitl planned unit <br />development and vacation of tight-of-way at <br />475 Minnesota. <br />
