Range 23. (~nown as 674 W. County Road C.) II. That the undersigned make this Petition having fully inspected the proposed plat. which accompanies this Petition. II t. That the City of Roseville also a~prove the granting of an ease- ment over the above-captioned premises. in favor of property owners at 656. 646 and 644 W. County Road C and 2585 No. Dale St. The said easement is to allow ingress and egress to the above-captioned addresses over dnd upon the proposed plat of Alvin Kehr which accompanies this Petition.
