Hr. Ott wanted to fill <br />his lot to the edge of his property and then install the fence <br />on top. !l-...ever, tM s woul d take some tiMe to do and the contractor <br />was reluctant to come back at a later date. So it was decided that <br />the fence would go up nOli or neveI'. Hr. Ott did not want, it at <br />the lower level, so it was decided by all involved that the fence <br />on the easterly porU on, adjacent to his property, "-'auld not be <br />installed. As of this date, Mr. Ott has filled his property to <br />the lot line. and now he wants the fence.
