That development occur as per plans submitted November 20. <br />2. That staff approve flnal landscape and eoglneerlng plans. <br />3. That the Council approve the TIF Amendments. <br />4. That the Development Agreement lS slgncd. <br />5. That the berm on the east slde of the development be extended <br />one lot south of Brenner Street. <br />6. That the non-motorized pathway be developed as per ordinance. <br />7. That the dllgnment of the aforementloned pathway be approved <br />by staff. <br />8. That staff reVlew exterlor bUlldlng materlals and where <br />disagreement exists, the ltern must be referred to the <br />Plannlng CommlSSlon and City Councll for s~bsequent actlon. <br />9.
