This wl11 be a city improvement, the cost of which will be <br />assessed to the Property and other benefited properties in the area. <br />The lift station WIll be located on the southern one-third of the <br />Property. Sanitary sewer will run straight south along Cleveland <br />Avenue about 600 feet, where lt will connect to a metr~politan <br />interceptor.
