ThlS <br />pondlng area curr.ently receIves surface water runoff from the Garrett <br />TruckIng use on the southern portIon of the SltE'. Internal storm <br />sewer wlll be provIded throughoul th~ Plopertj to connect into these <br />two systems. The eXl?~lng outlet into the MnDot pond to the south of <br />the Property will be expanded. <br /> <br />Consistent with City and watershed dlstr1ct requirements, the post- <br />development rate of runoff will be equal to or less than the pre- <br />development rate of runoff. This wlll be achIeved by 1nstallatlon of <br />a ser~es of on-site ponds throughout the Property and parkIng lot <br />storage 1n loadlng areas. SvbJect to further analYSIS, Some <br />restrlcted rate control may also be provided on the roofs of park1ng <br />structures. Ponds Will be designed for the lOO-year storm event. All <br />of the on-site ponds wlll be equipped wIth baffled weIrs and/or <br />skImmer dev1ces. A separate pond WIll be provIded on the southern <br />port Lon of the property to fllter storm water runoff from the Property <br />prIor to dlscharge 1nto a plpe for ultImate dIscharge Into the <br />ef.lsting pond en MnDot property.
