<br /> <br /> <br />OFFICE CQ,RECORDER <br /> <br /> <br />FeE' A~!Jl.mt: $20, <br /> <br />1111111111111111111I11111111111111 <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting ofthe City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 29th day of July 2002, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Schroeder, Kough, Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: Klausing <br /> <br />Council Member Kough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10015 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO SECTION 1004.01A6 (MAXIMUM <br />TOTAL SURFACE AREA) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 2465 CHURCHILL STREET (PF 3408). <br /> <br />/, <br />n "..-- I: <br />)/ F <br />WHEREAS, 'John & Julie Huppeliz have requested a variance to Section 1004.01A6 <br />(Maximum Total Surface Area) of the Roseville City Code to allow certain home improvements; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John & Julie Huppertz property is located at 2465 Churchill Street and <br />legally described at as: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 8, C. W Michael Fourth Addition (PID #112923230021). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.01A6 limits each residential lot in Roseville to a maximum <br />impervious coverage of 30%; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John & Julie Huppertz parcel is currently occupied by 30% impervious area <br />(structures and pavement surfaces); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John & Julie Huppertz desire to construct certain home improvements <br />including an attached two stall garage, mud room, bathroom, family room, front porch, <br />additional kitchen area, and in-ground pool to their home; and <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />1-3 <br />
