<br />7.0 PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />7.1 On July 10, 2002, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding <br />the B- Dale Club variance request. At the hearing no citizens addressed the Commission <br />regarding the variance request. <br /> <br />7.2 The Planning Commission had no questions of staff or the applicant. However, did want <br />to be consistent with sign variances adjacent street right-of-way, and amended condition <br />number 2 to be set back one foot off of the property line. <br /> <br />7.3 Based on the findings in Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated <br />07/10/02, the Planning Commission voted (6-0) to recommend approval of the variance <br />request by the B-Dale Club. <br /> <br />8.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> <br />8.1 Adopt a resolution APPROVING a 30 foot variance to Section 1005.01Al of the <br />Roseville City Code for the B-Dale Club allowing the installation of a new pylon <br />sign, based on the findings in Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the project <br />report dated July 29, 2002. <br /> <br />Prepared by: Thomas Paschke (651-490-2236) <br /> <br />Attachments: Location map, narrative, sign plan, aerial photo, and draft resolution. <br /> <br />PF3410 - ReA 072902 - Page 4 of 4 <br />
