<br />GUIDELINES <br /> <br />1. Permit needed prior to any activity. <br /> <br />2. Cannot excavate, fill, or grade outside the limits of permit. <br /> <br />3. Keep streets cleaned daily. <br /> <br />4. Periodic inspections of site are needed. Property owner should call for inspection. <br /> <br />5. Preliminary inspection prior to work beginning- to include erosion control devices. <br /> <br />6. Any work over City utilities must have prior approval if structures are to be adjusted. They must <br />meet City standards. The cost of adjustments is the responsibility of applicant. <br /> <br />7. All permits will expire each year unless otherwise approved. For permits longer than one year, a <br />site inspection is required. <br /> <br />8. Any cOlllinuation of permits must be made by written request to the City. It should be approved <br />prior to any further work. <br /> <br />9. Prior to the release of the bond, work must be completed and inspected by the City. <br />
