Each unit will have a full basement; however, <br />most (19) will be a lookout design, while a few (5) will be a walkout design. The <br />attached three stall garage (proposed) is "side-loaded" concealing the garage door from <br />the street, to give the units an aesthetically pleasing curb appeal. Each unit also has a <br />modest 12 foot by 12 foot deck.
