<br />Section 5 of the project report dated August 19,2002, and subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />u. All building and site improvements shall not exceed 3,934 square feet of impervious area. <br />b. The review and approval of a building permit consistent with the approved plans and <br />vanance. <br />c. The installation of roof gutters to properly direct roof drainage away from the adjacent <br />properties. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Kough <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, Kough, Klausing <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
