<br /> <br />July 22, 2002 <br /> <br />Mr. Joel Berntsen <br />660 Heinel Drive <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Application for Variance to allow construction of a master bedroom addition <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Berntsen: <br /> <br />This letter is to confirm the City Council's action, at the August 19,2002 meeting, on your <br />request for a 571 square foot (5%) variance to Section 1004.01A6 of the Roseville City Code in <br />order to construct an owner's suite addition to your home at 660 Heinel Drive. <br /> <br />The Resolution approving this variance will be signed by the appropriate City officials, after <br />which a copy will be forwarded to your attention and a copy will be filed with Ramsey County. <br />The Resolution was approved, contingent upon conformance with the following conditions: <br /> <br />A All building and site improvements shall not exceed 4,361 square feet of <br />impervious area. <br />B The review and approval of a building pernlit consistent with the approved plans <br />and variance. <br />C The installation of roof gutters to properly direct roof drainage away from the <br />adjacent properties. <br />D Apply for and receive a Setback Permit to encroach 7 feet into the 10 foot <br />required side yard setback. <br /> <br />Should you have any questions relative to the Council's action, please call me at 651-490-2232. <br /> <br />Thank you for your attention to these items and should you have any questions, please call me <br />651-490-2236. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />CITY of ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Dennis P .
