Application submitted on July 18, 2002 <br />. Determined complete on July 23,2002 <br />. 60-day review deadline on September 21, 2002 <br />. Staff Review: Approval of Variance - August 7, 2002 <br />. Planning Commission Recommendation: Approval w/conditions, August 7,2002 <br />.
