City Council Action: Approval w/conditions, August 19,2002 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff recommends approval of a 622 square foot variance <br />from Section 1004.01A6 of the Roseville City Code for Tim and Leslie Golie to allow <br />certain improvements to their horne, subject to conditions. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 Adopt a resolution approving request, w/conditions (see Section 8 for more detail). <br /> <br />Project information and detailed recommendation on following pages. <br /> <br />PF3418 - ReA 081902 - Page 1 of 4 <br />
