RECORDER <br />!tiN <br /> <br /> <br />Fee Aillllmt: $20.00 <br /> <br />11111111111 1111111111 " 11111111111 <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of 21st 2002, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Maschka, Klausing, Kysy1yczyn, Schroeder <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilmember Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10041 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP <br />DESIGNATION FROM "LR", LOW DENSITY TO "B" BUSINESS FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 1813 LEXINGTON AVENUE (PF #3427). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at a public hearing held on October 2nd, 2002, <br />received a request from the City of Roseville for a correction to the Comprehensive Land Use <br />Plan designation on property commonly known as 1813 Lexington Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment requires a map <br />designation change from "LR" (Low Density Residential) to "B" (Business); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said property is legally described as: <br /> <br />The East 203.07 feet of the South 1/8 of the Northeast Y4 of the Southeast Y4 also the East 178 <br />feet of the North 11 of the South Y4 of the Northeast Y4 of the Southeast Y4 except the North 97 <br />feet thereof, all in Section 15, Township 29, Range 23, according to the United States <br />Government Survey thereof, subject to Lexington Avenue and Garden Avenue adjacent thereto, <br />according to the United States Government Survey thereof, Ramsey County Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after required public hearings, the Planning Commission <br />recommended approval of the request for a correction to the Comprehensive Plan; <br /> <br />} ~3 <br />
