<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council, based on the findings listed <br />above, hereby approves the amendment to the Comprehensive Plan from "LR" (Low Density <br />Residential) to "B" (Business) for property located at 1813 Lexington Avenue, subject to: <br /> <br />1.
