<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />MN <br /> <br />Fee Alotint: $20.00 <br /> <br />11111 111111111 II 111111111111111111 <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />) <br />I <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of November, 2002, at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Schroeder, Kough, Maschka, Klausing,Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10048 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 4% VARIANCE TO SECTION 1004.01A6 AND A 6 <br />FOOT VARIANCE TO SECTION 1004.02D5 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3110 EVELYN STREET (PF 3435). <br /> <br />'),c ? <br />WHEREAS, John & Martha Seal have requested a variance to Section 1004.01A6 and <br />1004.02D5 of the Roseville City Code in allow the addition of a dining room onto their home; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Seal parcel is located at 3110 Evelyn Street and legally described at as: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 2, Cave's North Boundary Addition, Roseville, MN. <br />PID Number: 04-29-23-22-0079 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.01A61imits a residential parcel in Roseville to a maximum <br />impervious coverage of 30%; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.02D5 limits a principal structure in an R-l, Single Family <br />Residence District to a minimum rear yard setback of 30 feet; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Seal's desire to construct a 13 foot by 16 foot dining room addition onto <br />the rear of the existing home; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said addition would increase the impervious surface coverage of the <br />parcel from 2,715 square feet to 3,054 square feet (339 sq. ft.) or and increase to 34% of <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />\ / :3 <br />
