<br /> <br />October 25, 2002 <br /> <br />Mr. Dean Pankonien <br />2825 Marion Street <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Setback Permitfor Constructing of an Attached Garage (PF 3437). <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Pankonien: <br /> <br />On Thursday, October 24,2002, the City of Roseville Development Review Committee (ORe) <br />held the hearing regarding your request to encroach five feet into the required ten foot side yard <br />(south) setback with an attached garage. The DRC recommended approval of the five foot <br />Setback Permit. <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to inform you that I concur with the reasoning set forth by the DRC <br />and have approved your Setback Permit. I also concur with the DRC conditions attached to the <br />setback pennit, which conditions stipulate that: <br /> <br />);> The attached garage being set back a minimum of five feet from the south property <br />line. <br /> <br />~ The height of the attached garage and roof height/style being the same as that of the <br />principal structure. <br /> <br />~ Gutters being installed on the attached garage to properly direct roof drainage away <br />from your structure and neighboring property. <br /> <br />The 10-day Setback Permit appeal time line ends on Monday, November 4 at 4:30 p.m. after <br />which the permits can be issued. However, you may submit your building plans at any time for <br />review and approval (It normally takes 5 working days -first come, first serve- to review and <br />issue all permits).
