<br /> <br />October 16, 2002 <br /> <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Development Review <br />Committee's (DRC) Setback Permit Hearing on Thursdav, October 24, 2002, at 3:30 p.m., in <br />the Roseville Citv Hall Communitv Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Dean Pankonien, 2825 Marion Street, seeks approval to replace an existing single stall <br />attached garage with a double stall attached garage and in so doing the improvement project <br />requires a Setback Permit to allow construction of the new attached garage 3 feet from the side <br />yard (south) property line and 28 feet from the front (east) property line. The'proposal requests a <br />7 foot encroachment into the required 10 foot side yard setback and a 2 foot encroachment <br />into the required 30 foot front yard setback. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing or to comment at the above-mentioned hearing.
