<br />i~ <br /> <br /> <br />- 000 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />5.2 <br /> <br />In part because Roseville's land area is 98.5% developed, the city's population (total numbers) has <br />remained stable (1 % growth) during the past 10 years by comparison to the Metro area growth <br />(16.8%), while Ramsey County has grown in the center city and at the far edges. <br /> <br /> <br />Roseville's persons per household ratio (now less than 2.2 per dwelling) continues to <br />decline because of the higher number of seniors and young professionals and young <br />families just starting to have children.
