Approximately 42% of <br />householders age 25 to 34 year are homeowners. This percentage increases <br />dramatically as the householders age: from 35 to 54 years 75% are owners, and <br />from age 55 to 75, 86% of the householders own their home. Slightly more than <br />50% of Roseville's owner occupied housing has a head of household over age 55. <br />The lower income threshold for home ownership in Roseville is approximately <br />$50,000, below which most residents are renters.
