<br /> <br />accessory apartment shall include a kitchen with cooking facilities, a bathroom and a <br />living room. <br />D. No additional driveway aprons shall be added to the lot as a result of the accessory <br />unit construction. <br />E. The principle structure (house) must be owner-occupied. <br />F. A minimum of two off-street parking spaces must be provided on the lot for the <br />accessory unit, one of which must be enclosed. <br />G. The accessory unit and principal unit must meet the applicable standards and <br />requirements of the City Code, Building Code, Ramsey County Health Codes and <br />Fire Codes. <br />H. The principle structure, the accessory guest house dwelling unit building, and the lot <br />or parcel shall remain in single ownership and title. <br />1. Only one accessory unit may be issued per detached single family home. <br />J. Lot size shall be 15,000 square feet or greater. Lot coverage by impervious roofs, <br />paving, or structures shall not exceed 30%. <br />K. An accessory guest house dwelling unit shall adhere to the same required setbacks for <br />the zoning district(s) in which the principle structure is located. <br />L.
