However, the final Certificate of Occupancy for the garage will be held until a <br />landscape plan has been submitted for review and approval by tlte City. The plan <br />must include a planting bed located in the southeast corner of the property and <br />utilizing a portion of the public right-of-way. Plants must be mostly coniferous so <br />as to provide a year round screen, but deciduous species should be included to <br />augment the bed. <br /> <br />It A permit is necessary for planting in the public right-of-way. This permit will be <br />forwarded to you upon submission of the landscape plan and approved as a <br />component of the landscape plan approval. <br /> <br />. Upon completion of detached accessory building the existing driveway off Ryan <br />Avenue must be removed and the apron replaced with curb & gutter to City <br />specifications. <br /> <br />Please discard the prior letter dated October 28, 2002.
