<br />Community Development Department <br />651-490-2279 . fax: 651-490-2931 <br /> <br />December 19, 2002 <br /> <br />Mr. Oscar Knudson <br />2749 Woodbridge Street <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: City Council action on Land Use request; 2749 Woodbridge Street, Roseville <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Knudson: <br /> <br />This letter is to confirm that on December 16, 2002, the Roseville City Council approved your request for <br />a variance and a conditional use permit, subject to certain conditions, to allow for the construction of a <br />home and attached garage on property located at 2749 Woodbridge Street. <br /> <br />The Council actions on your request were: <br /> <br />1) Adoption of a resolution granting an 86 square foot variance from Section 1004.01A4 of the <br />Roseville City Code to allow for the retention of an existing 230 square foot accessory <br />building for property located at 274 9 Woodbridge Street, based on the findings and <br />conditions as outlined in the resolution and in the project report dated December 16, 2002; <br />and, <br />2) Adoption of a resolution granting a conditional use permit to allow a 1,096 square foot <br />detached accessory structure (total size) to remain on the property at 2749 Woodbridge <br />Street, based on the findings and conditions as outlined in the resolution and in the project <br />report dated December 16, 2002. <br /> <br />Attached for your information is a copy of each resolution pertaining to your request. Please review the <br />conditions listed within each resolution.
