CO.fiECOfiDE.R <br />~AMSt:Y <br /> <br /> <br />Hlount: $E0.00 <br /> <br />1111111111111111111111111111111111 <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />r~ <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of December, 2002, at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Kough, Schroeder, Maschka, <br />Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10064 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2749 WOODBRIDGE STREET (PF 3442). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Oscar Knudson has requested a conditional use permit to allow a detached <br />accessory building 1,094 square feet in size; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Knudson parcel is located at 2749 Woodbridge Street and legally <br />described at as: <br /> <br />The East Y2 of the North 120 feet of the East 1'2 of the West Y2 of the Southeast 'l4 of the Southeast <br />Y2 of Section 1, Township 29, Range 23. <br /> <br />PID Number: 01-29-23-44-0004 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.0lA4 requires a conditional use permit for all accessory <br />buildings between 864 and 1,008 square feet and a conditional use permit and variance for those <br />over 1,008 square feet; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Knudson desires to keep an existing attached storage area (currently <br />attached to an existing detached accessory building), which would create 1,094 square feet of <br />detached accessory building area; and <br /> <br />r- 3 <br /> <br />1 <br />
