City Council Action: Approval w/Conditions, December 16,2002 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff recommends approval of a 15% variance (7% in <br />addition to the existing 8% overage or an increase of 709 square feet) to Section <br />1004.01A6 and 1 foot variance Section 1004.02D5 of the Roseville City Code for <br />Richard & Joan Prokop to construction of a 913 square foot attached garage and 148 <br />square foot driveway addition at 700 County Road B2, subject to conditions. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 Grant two resolutions of approval w/conditions (see Section 8 for more detail). <br /> <br />Project information and detailed recommendation on following pages. <br /> <br />PF3443 - ReA 121602 - Page 1 of 5 <br />
