f. <br />The developer/applicant shall continue working with the Roseville Public Works <br />85 <br />Department to address easements and water and sewer infrastructure requirements as <br />86 <br />necessary. These plans must be approved by the City Engineer prior to the approval of <br />87 <br />the; <br />88 FINAL PLAT <br />g. <br />The developer/applicant shall apply for proper storm water management permits from <br />89 <br />Rice Creek Watershed prior to the approval of the ; <br />90 FINAL PLAT <br />h. <br />The developer shall dedicate and maintain access easements across its lot in a form <br />91 <br />acceptable to the City Attorney to ensure permanent access to Mount Ridge Road and <br />92 <br />from Twin Lakes Parkway for the adjacent parcel; and <br />93 <br />i. <br />The developer shall enter into shared parking agreements in a form acceptable to the City <br />94 <br />Attorney to ensure parking needs are met during extraordinary events. The shared <br />95 <br />parking agreement between the lots within this subdivision shall be permanent. The <br />96 <br />shared parking agreement with the property to the north will have an exit clause to <br />97 <br />protect each owner’s rights in case of parking abuse by the adjacent property.
