Motion failed. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to formally direct the City <br />Attorney to prepare Draft Findings for review and consideration <br />by the City Council on August 27, 2001, in light of the Council's <br />possible denial of the Applicant's request for a conditional use <br />permit. <br /> <br />Klausing asked about the preparation of the findings.
