That is, that <br />we have the hearing this Friday on the cross SJ motions and the int. request, that we are going to ask the court to hold any <br />decision on the SJ for 30 days to see if we can mediate a resolution of the case, but not hold up the decision on the int. request. I <br />said that the three attorneys planned to meet quickly to see if something could be worked out and if not we would want to mediate <br />fairly quickly. I asked him to provide his calendar for the weeks of Jan. 27th and Feb. 3rd. <br /> <br />I assume the information provided to Mr. Malkerson is acceptable to you.
