AttachmentB <br />3. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL COLLECTIONS <br /> <br /> 3.01. Contractor Service Requirements <br /> <br />The Contractor agrees to provide comprehensive Clean Up Day <br />services as described in the Proposal. <br /> <br /> <br />3.02. Collection Vehicle Equipment Requirements <br /> <br />All collection vehicles used in performance of the Contract shall be <br />duly licensed and inspected by the State of Minnesota and meet all <br />applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, standards, <br />and industry best practices. <br /> <br />All vehicles must be clearly identified on both sides with <br /> or website address. <br /> <br /> <br />3.03. Personnel Requirements <br /> <br />Contractor shall retain sufficient personnel and equipment to fulfill <br />the requirements and specifications of this Agreement including, but <br />not limited to, a portable toilet, collection area signs and directional <br />signs. The Contractor will provide an Event Supervisor to oversee <br />the crews servicing the Clean Up Day. The Event Supervisor will <br /> <br /> <br />and in customer service and insure that all personnel maintain a <br />positive attitude with the public and in the work place and shall: <br /> <br />a) Conduct themselves at all times in a courteous manner and <br />use no abusive or foul language. <br /> <br />b) Perform their duties in accordance with all existing laws and <br />ordinances and future amendments thereto of the Federal, <br />State of Minnesota, and local governing boards. <br /> <br />c) Be clean and presentable in appearance, as so far as possible. <br /> <br />d) Drive in a safe and considerate manner. <br /> <br />e) Monitor for any spillage and be responsible for cleaning up <br />any litter or breakage. <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br />
