f) Avoid damage to property. <br /> <br />g) Not perform their duties or operate vehicles while consuming <br />alcohol or illegally using controlled substances or while under <br />the influence of alcohol and/or such substances. <br /> <br /> <br />3.04.Collection Hours <br /> <br /> <br />Contractor shall maintain sufficient equipment and personnel to <br />assure that all collection operations begin no later than 8 a.m. and are <br />completed by 3:00 p.m. on the scheduled collection day. City and <br />Contractor may extend the collection hours by mutual written <br />agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />3.05 Materials Accepted <br /> <br />Contractor shall arrange to collect and deliver to approved recycling <br />or disposal facilities the following types of materials: <br /> Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) <br /> Child Car Seats <br />Construction and Demolition Debris (C&D) <br /> Concrete <br /> Mattresses <br /> <br /> Box Springs <br /> Appliances (microwaves, washers, water heaters, etc.) <br /> Appliances with Freon (dehumidifiers, refrigerators, etc.) <br /> Stuffed Chairs <br /> Couches <br />Hide-a-beds <br /> Tires (car both on and off the rim) <br /> Scrap Metal <br /> Small Engines (lawn mower, snow blowers, etc.) <br /> Automotive Batteries <br /> Electronics <br /> Carpet <br /> <br />Additional materials may be added by mutual written agreement <br />between the City and the Contractor. Examples may include tractor <br />tires and railroad ties. Additional materials should be identified on <br /> <br />the completed Attachment A. <br /> <br /> <br />3.06 Unacceptable Materials <br /> <br /> 7 <br /> <br />
